Forum Updates: toolbar and smilies!

Has anyone noticed the new nav bar? What do ya think? The design is compliments of Wibia.com, a great place for finding toolbars. They work on most web surfaces including Blogger, WordPress, and Joomla. The site just came out of limited preview and is now open to the public! I actualy got this bar before it came out for another site but I transferred. So remember, it is an antique.

On the topic of "" has anyone noticed? We have new smilies. Yes, I know they look a bit strange but I'm still editing them. They are handmade so have some respect. My favorite is the shocked and the crying one. What about you?
